The Shape of Things to Come

Egy kiállítás a dél-londonba tervezett magasházakról és egy vita a dél londoni közlekedési fejlesztésekről. Meghívott vitázók: Ian Lindsey a Network Rail-től, Shane Lincoln a Sellar Properties képviseletében (ők állnak a Renzo Piano tervezte Shard mögött) és Greg Cooper a P & O Estates képviseletében (ők állnak a Waterloo Bridge fejlesztése mögött, amiről a Cabe Design Review-ja itt olvasható)

"An exhibition for the London Festival of Architecture 2008 showcasing the future of architecture and urban design in central London - south of the river.

In a part of the Capital that is undergoing dramatic, sweeping change, this exhibition will focus on major projects shaping development hubs including Waterloo, Blackfriars Road, London Bridge, Canada Water and Elephant & Castle."

All Change: Future Development at London Bridge and Waterloo

"Two of South London's principle centres, London Bridge and Waterloo, could be unrecognizable in twenty years' time with dramatic plans to transform architecture, the public realm, and public transport.

Hear from the place-makers behind the plans in a discussion chaired by Vicky Richardson, Editor of Blueprint, featuring Ian Lindsey from Network Rail, Shane Lincoln from Sellar Properties and Greg Cooper representing P & O Estates."
